The whole complex is located next to the Hanley Castle T.R.O.T Route and can be accessed directly from the stables and paddock without any road crossing, subject to membership. A large stoned area immediatley adjacent to stables affords good standing for cars and easy acccess from Gilberts End Lane.

Proposal

I am looking for a Tenant who will take all the stable complex on a reasonable length of Lease at a rent to be agreed. This is a private area of land and any Tenant will not be allowed to operate any form of business from it, other than for their own enjoyment and recreation.

The paddocks are available on standard Grazing Agreements and can be sized to suit your requirements. There are other adjoining paddocks that might become available and the tenant of the stables will be offered first refusal, as and when they become free. Currently 6.5 acres can be offered which have two 10'x20' mobile stables included all with water.

The paddocks are located on Glberts End lane and can be accessed from Hanley Castle or from Hanley Swan as can be seen on the map below.

As already mentioned, the construction of the stables will be subject to Planning Permission and this process will not be commenced until a suitable commitment has been made. This will also allow any prospective tenant to have their own ideas and requirements incorporated within the design to provide a facility to their precise requirements.
